Placing Orders
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline to accept any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We only accept orders once we process payment and ship the products.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are valid for limited times only. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any promotions at any time without notice.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Payment will be processed upon order placement. If we cannot process your payment, your order may be cancelled.
All stated prices are in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the continental USA. For orders under $49, standard shipping costs $4.95.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee:
- 2-day shipping: $12.95
- Overnight shipping: $24.95
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may not ship until the following business day.
Shipping timeframes:
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- 2-day shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight shipping: Next business day
Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and your location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other events outside our control.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund subject to the following terms:
- You have 30 days from the order date to initiate a return.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags/packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
Sale items and bully sticks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except if defective.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of damage and original packaging. We will arrange to replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability on our website. However, unintended errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we will cancel orders for that item and notify you of the cancellation.
Product images are for illustration only. Due to variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that colors will appear exactly as shown.
We endeavor to keep our inventory information up to date. However, our system updates may lag behind actual availability. We apologize if an ordered item is out of stock and must be cancelled.
